Our fees | BASE Properties Ltd.

Both Owner and Client are to remunerate BASE Properties Ltd as follows:

For a sale
2% of sale price + vat, payable latest at signature of the deed of sale

For a rental
One month rental + vat for a lease of a minimum of 12 months
10% + Vat of the total lease amount for a lease of less than 12 months
